I CALL myself workin' out like CRAZY!!
When I go 2 workout in the gym, I usually hangout with my sister @ Bally's (she's no joke when it comes 2 leg strength!!). We've gone 2 Gold's once, but I don't have a membership there, I prefer Bally's. ;-)

My goal is 2 eventually gain 20-25 lbs. (of muscle, that is), which will put me right around 250 lbs. If at all possible, I'd like 2 maintain a symmetry close 2 that which I currently have...just more muscle content and less fat. I'm trying 2 go 2
5% body-fat.....MAX!!

Now, I'm taking Tae Kwon Do with my family, so some of my weight-gain goals have changed....drastically. At one time, I weighed 242 lbs., but it wasn't the composition that I wanted (READ: I was fat). I started taking karate with my family and 2 months later, I'm down 2 216 lbs.

Soon, my sons and I will be testing for our yellow belts while my wife is working on her green belt. Yes....she has a GREEN belt........


UPDATE

We've taken our test for our belts and the results are in!!

Three of my sons received their YELLOW belts one of my sons & I received our GREEN belts and my wife was promoted 2 a BLUE belt!!




UPDATED AGAIN!!

My wife and 2nd oldest son have their RED BELTS, our youngest son has his BLUE BELT and our 3rd oldest son has his GREEN BELT. Now, our oldest son and I have to play catch-up with the rest of the family.....!!
