Responsible for ordering and invoicing of telecommunications for the facility and home support for Executives. Duties also include performing MACs to the Meridian telephone system, scheduling videoconferences and teleconferences, coordinating cell phones and TREOs and responsibility for all audio/visual equipment. Previous position supported Executives in the Legal and Treasury departments with duties including strong PC and Microsoft Office use, travel arrangements, phone skills and finance support.

* Devised MS Access database to document, track and respond to all telecommunication responsibilities including invoicing and payment, employee telephone lists and monthly reports.

* Devised and implemented web-forms system to automate various building requests.
