WORLD WAR II MEMORIES
This page is dedicated to telling the stories of air & ground crew veterans from all nations who fought the Second World War, Korea & Vietnam. The site is not a political statement. It hopes to demonstrate that the individuals, what ever side they were on, shared common experiences. From their childhood discovery of flight, the physical & emotional strain of combat, to returning to their countries & rebuilding their post war lives. This will always be a work in progress. No interview will be posted here without the permission of the aircrew involved. I would like to thank my daughter Erin for her help in getting this page started and for her patience in training her father (the untrainable).
