Faraidl Knowledge.
The knowledge of Faraidl is an obligatory dicipline to be studied,
covering the background, the content and standard sharing procedure of
Inheritance. Teaching this dicipline to the others is a necessity, because this
Faraidl knowledge will be lifted up and disappear from Moslem communities,
afterwards a Chaos will appear accordingly as substitution. Very close to
happen that the problem of inheritance’s sharing could not be solved
satisfactory, no one could help. That’s the Message of Nabi Muhammad saw., due
to his followers are unwilling to follow this Guidance of Allah swt. anymore.
“Allah (thus) directs you as regards your
children’s (Inheritance) to the male, a portion equal to that of two females;If
only daughters , two or more, their share is two thirds of the inheritance; if
only one , her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance
to each, if the deceased left children; If no children , and the parents are
the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; If the deceased left brothers (or
sisters) the mother has a sixth. The distribution (in all cases is) after the
payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children
are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions
ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing,
All-wise”.
(An Nisa: 11). Bandung, 11 Dzulqa’dah 1427 H.
Assalamu’alaikum wr. wb.
“O ye who believe! Enter not houses other than
your own, until ye have asked permission and saluted those in them; that is
best for you. In order that ye may heed (what is seemly).
If ye find no one in the house, enter not until
permission is given to you; if ye are asked to goback, go back; That makes for
greater purity for yourselves, and Allah knows well all that ye do”.
(An Nur: 27 – 28).
Before you come in, say Assalamu’alaikum; You
should salute each other, a Greeting of Blessing and purity as from Allah swt.
Allah and His Malaikat send blessing on the
Prophet;
And ordered the believers to send blessing on
Nabi Muhammad saw, and salute him with all respect.
For those who obey, belive or repent, they will
enter the Gardens of Eternity, they will not there hear any vain discourse, but
only Salutations of Peace;
And they will have therein their sustance,
morning and evening.
Such is the Garden which Allah gives as an
inheritance to those of His servants who guard against evil. Whenever the Signs
of Allah swt. were reached to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration
and in tears. Bandung, 13 Dzulqa’dah 1427

Stay Clear of It.
To those who want to follow the Guidance of
Allah, He openeth their breast to Islam;
Those whom Allah swt. willeth to leave straying , He maketh their breast
close and constricted, as if they had to climb up to the skies, thus doth Allah
heap the penalty on those who refuse to obey.On the Day of Judgment the wrong
doers will try to find out their Devil Cluster, and claim to Allah as the
victim of misguided scheme, but they will try to stay clear of it.
“Those against whom the charge will be proved,
will say:
“Our Lord! These are the ones whom we led astray;
We led them astray, as we were astray ourselves; we free ourselves (from them)
in Thy presence; it was not us they worshipped”. (Al Qashash: 63).
“”The Hypocrites, men and women, (have
understanding) with each other; They enjoin evil, and forbid what is Just, and
are close with their hands.
They have forgotten Allah, so Allah hath
forgotten them. Verily the Hypocrites are rebellious and perserve.
Allah hath promised the Hypocrites men and women,
and the rejecters of Faith, the Fire of Hell;
Therein shall they dwell, sufficient is it for
them; For them is the curse of Allah, and an enduring punishment”.
