Cardinal AMP A Custom Skin for WinAMP v1.8+

Cardinal AMP is a modification, a skin, for WinAMP v1.8 and newer which allows a person to alter the appearance of WinAMP. The Cardinal AMP upgrade does not modify the actual decoding of MPEG-3 files in any way.

CardinalAMP was developed by two Stanford brothers, Alexis Dang and Alan Dang, but is in not officially affiliated with Leland-Stanford University. CardinalAMP was developed from the ground up using custom images.

There will be more variations of CardinalAMP, but for now, only Release Candidates 1 and 2 are available for download.

These screenshots do the adequately represent the dynamic nature of Cardinal AMP, the subtle animation of the controls and buttons must be experienced first hand.

INSTALLATION

1. Unzip the file into a separate directory in the skins directory of your winamp directory

(ie.c:\program files\winamp\skins\CardinalAMP)

2. Load WinAMP 1.80+ as you normally would and press ALT-S
