Located in northern Indiana along the historic Lincoln Highway, Warsaw was twice named as one of the "Top 100 Small Towns in America."  With a population of over 11,000, our motto is "Live, Work, and Play."  On the cutting edge of technology, Warsaw is the "Orthopedic Manufacturing Capital of the World."  In addition:  1) a Warsaw manufacturer's aluminum rims were used by cycling teams in the Olympics, 2) it is home of the largest printing presses in the world, 3) home to the world's largest manufacturer of projection screens, and  4) home of the CoCo Wheats breakfast cereal.  Yet despite its industrial diversity and manufacturing excellence, Warsaw is surrounded by one of the strongest agricultural economies in the state of Indiana.
Recreational areas abound in Warsaw and Kosciusko County.  Kosciusko County has 103 lakes, including Indiana's largest (Lake Wawasee near Syracuse) at over 3,000 acres and Indiana's deepest (Tippecanoe Lake north of Warsaw) at nearly 120 feet.  Warsaw itself has three lakes within its corporate limits (Center, Pike, and Winona Lake), offering every form of watersports.

The CCAC (City-County Athletic Complex) is located on the west side of Warsaw where over 3,000 softball and soccer games are played each year.  The Wagon Wheel Playhouse, a theatre in the round, hosts concerts and plays throughout the year.  In addition, more than 20 golf courses are located within 45 minutes of Warsaw.  Contact the Kosciusko County Convention & Visitors Bureau for more information about our community.
