CHAR'S CAJUN GRILLADES

Things you will need:  

Place meat in container and season to taste with spices.  Pour vinegar over.  Add veggies.  Store in container at least 24 hours.  I prefer 48 hours.  When ready to cook, brown meat and make brown gravy.  Simmer till meat is fork tender. Serve with white rice for gravy and your choice of side dish. This is one of my favorite meals from childhood.
