This page is a link from my home page. This was the second year that we had the "Krewe of Elvis" parade see Chip's Mardigras links. Again from the moment we got out of the truck that morning until we left we were constanly being asked to pose with someone for pictures. The thing that was so interesting was that we never got any negative comments. Seems everyone loved Elvis. The neatest thing occured early in the morning when we passed a young boy about 7 or 8 and he said "Thank you very much" in an Elvis style of voice and posture.
