Project Manager - for one new construction and 3 overhaul submarines while filling the above positions. All projects were under cost and on time.


USS NIMITZ (CVN-68)

Reactor Controls Technical Assistant.  - Supervising approximately 70 personnel.
*Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of Reactor Plant
*Instrumentation and Control for Reactor Controls Division.
*Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of power generating and control equipment for Reactor Electrical Controls Division 
*Qualified as Engineering Officer of the Watch, responsible for each NIMITZ propulsion plant, electrical power generation and distribution, all auxiliary power and hydraulic systems associated with launching of airplanes.

Awarded Navy Commendation for work aboard Nimitz. 



USS VINSON (CVN-70)

Nuclear Training Assistant for VINSON's precommissioning crew.
*Supervising an average of 150 personnel.
*Establishing and training over 300 personnel in Basic Nuclear and Non-Nuclear qualifications. 
*Helping the establishment and programming of the WANG system 20 and 30 work processing system.


USS SIMON LAKE (AS-33)

Planning and Estimates Officer - Supervising 30 personnel.

*Estimating man-hours required for refit work of Fleet Ballistic Submarines.   *Developing computer based detailed work procedures for nuclear and non-nuclear work.
Hull Repair Office - Supervising 80 personnel.
*Responsible for all welding and diving services.
Production Management Assistant (PMA) - Supervising 450 officer and enlisted personnel. Acted as PMA for two refit periods.
*Coordinating and supervising personnel in all aspects of refitting submarines alongside USS SIMON LAKE.


Awarded second Navy Commendation Award for work aboard Simon Lake.
