I rebuilt my bike during the winter of 1997 to stop some of the leaks and to dress the motor up. While I had it down I ported the heads and intake manifold, changed over to .010 over Weisco pistons, installed a Andrews cam, Crane pushrods and rockers. When it was finished it became a strong runnin shovel, with a nice wrinkle black factory paint job. Even in Texas it gets cold in the winter time and Teri allowed me to rebuild the motor in the house with final assembly on the kitchen table, what a wife!

My "Bumble Bee". I bought this bike from my buddy Phil in the spring of 99. The bike is a '95 Dyna Wide Glide with a fine stock paint job and lot's of goodies. Alot of attention to detail has been paid and this bike shows it! It's got a 89 cu in "Stroker" motor with a Hypercharger, S&S Super E carb, Crane HI-4E ignition and a ton o chrome. This bike is an attention getter and gets noticed where ever it is taken. But dont think this thing is a show sled, let me tell ya, this scoot FLIES! Dont bet your pink slip if you see the "Bumble Bee" pull up to the line!

New things to the "Bumble Bee". Added a custom painted namesake to the front air dam.

Added the biggest back tire (150/80 Dunlop) you can on a stock Dyna Wide Glide. Look how that sucker fills the back fender. Compare the above pic to the one further above to show just how much difference it did make. Had to send the pulley off to get filled and change over to a 1 inch drive belt. It was alot of work but sure worth it!

This is another buddy, Scottie's 93 Fatboy which we did alot of work on last year. Scott didn't like the way the bike ran in it's stock fashion so we decided to improve it. Scott also had the chronic rear cylinder base gasket leak and the nose drool problem. As you can see, the bike is fully loaded and just didn't perform well. We pulled the motor, changed to an Andrews EV-27 cam, went with James Gaskets metal base gaskets, put in all the fixes for the drool, changed to .010 pistons, ported and polished the heads, Crane adj. pushrods, rebuilt & rejetted the carb and fabricated new baffles for the pipes to give it the true "Harley" sound. We were both very impressed with the outcome as this bike moves along very well now.
