HVAC/R

Helper (Installer or Service):

Entry/beginner level. Must possess a willingness to learn principles and proper applications. Must be willing to follow instructions.

At this level it is often frustrating to the 'newly exposed' worker, as it seems he/she is assigned only the 'dirty' jobs and not given the opportunity to explore and expand their knowledge base of the HVAC/R industry. However, it is necessary to gain an understanding of even the 'smallest' of jobs and requirements; such as, cleaning the oil residue out of a 'filter core chamber' or ridding the work area of trash and debris.
