Before you can join the Ezine webring, you have to follow the following rules:

1) No pornography, software piracy, or promotion of hacking can be on your site.
2) Your website must be an electronic magazine, or an ezine, or a cyberzine.
3) Your website must be located in Geocities. (Ie. it must have a oocities.com URL.)
4) You must save the Ezine graphic to your own drive and upload it to your own website. I won't accept people who steal bandwidth.
