If and when this site is revamped, it will be an international meeting place for people who are looking to meet penpals (electronic pen pals, that is) from around the world and would like to correspond in any language they want. Your correspondence would help you practice a language, and you would meet people in the next town or on the other side of the globe.
This site originally started in 1997, and people started corresponding in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Indian languages, Farsi, Greek, Turkish, and more.
