David Euchner,
Resisting Temptation: Why Government Does Not Belong In Cyberspace -- This piece was written while the author was studying at Suffolk University School of Law in 1999. It examines three points: 1) why present cyberlaw jurisprudence in America is totally flawed and doomed to fail; 2) why Intellectual Property law will need to be restructured in a manner which is suitable to the new technology; and 3) a positive critique of one project which for 40 years has been pioneering not only hypertext but also an appropriate legal system to govern it.

David Euchner, Victimless Crimes: Where Are Their Victims -- This piece was a submission to the Rutgers Law Journal while the author was a student member of the Journal staff in 1996. It takes a philosophical approach to reaching the conclusion that all victimless crimes are paternalistic laws which serve no legitimate government purpose, and therefore they should all be repealed. Not surprisingly, the Journal chose not to publish it - it would mar their reputation for favoring exponential increases in government.

The Daniel Ust Collection of Works -- As we speak Dan is combing through his writings and sending to the Maywood Library for publication. READ HIS STUFF!!
