According to TV Guide, Agent Reyes, who was hinted to have had a past relationship with Doggett, maybe be a lesbian. Fans speculated at her compliment during Scully's birth in last season's finale, although Gish says, "Most women look beautiful when they're giving birth," reasons Gish. "And it was a very authentic birth experience, so I think it was very harmless."

He also had a recurring role on the HBO series The Sopranos.
