Oh my Goddess is a great OVA. A young man named Keiiji lives in a mens dormatory he tries to order out for pizza and ends up getting a goddess named Belldandy. She asks him for a wish, and thinking it as a joke asks her to be his girlfriend. She grants his wish, and she becomes his loving girlfriend. She uses her powers as a goddess to get them a house after they get kicked out of the dorm. Throughout the 3 episodes Belldandy's sisters try to help her, and in the process almost kill Keiiji.

I would give Oh my goddess! a 10 out of 10, but there just wasn't enough action for me. What they have going for them though is the magic.
